Episode 55 – Do you ever really know someone?

How well do you really know someone? We think we really know the people in our lives, but sometimes, someone will do something that turns that on its ear and makes us wonder if we really ever knew that person at all.

During the episode, Mike brings up an academic model that explains how we know each other and ourselves, called the Johari window. Here’s an image of the model, and click here to read more about it.
