  1. A critical question in our day-to-day lives. In my work, I’m always grappling with this problem, and have found that a good approach is allowing myself to be “co-opted” by the other point of view. What is driving it? Where is it coming from? Understanding fuels empathy which can, in turn, be the most important factor in building a constructive working relationship. Thanks for the food for thought, gentlemen. Keep up the good work.
